Stove Servicing & Maintenance
I offer the following as part of my service when undertaking a chimney sweep.
- Stove rope replacement (single door) – from £30
- Stove rope replacement (double door) – from £45
- Flue Debris Collar Supply & Fit – £25
- Carbon Monoxide Alarm(s) supplied and fitted – £40 each (£30 if part of a sweep)
Specialist Services
- Chimney sweep, CCTV survey and report £180
- New Home Inspection or Sale Inspection with Report including a chimney sweep £200
- Birds nest removal from £180 (Please note that nests are only removed between August and February as it is an offence under the Wildlife & Country Act 1981 to destroy a nest that may have live young)
Pricing
- Inspection Fee – £40: In the event of being unable to sweep an appliance due to access issues, inappropriate installation or other hazards present, I reserve the right to charge a standard £40 Inspection Fee.
- Missed Appointment Fee – £40: A call out fee of £40 will be applied if, upon arriving at an appointment, I am unable to gain access to a property for any reason.
